Brisbane

Brisbane is my hometown.  I grew up in a house very close to the banks of the Brisbane River.  The river always seemed sleepy and gentle then.  I'm thinking of home, of my homestate and of all the people there.

My thoughts and hopes are with you guys. My understanding of global warming (tiny) is that it doesn't mean things are getting hotter. It means there will be and is more extreme weather of all kinds, everywhere. This seems to be the case: snow and ice over here the likes of which we haven't seen in years, if ever: tornadoes in December, floods. Etc.
